Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Likes Drip.
 

1. You acknowledge the following items which will ensure you receive the most value from these services:

2. If your profile is set to private, you must set it to public. Our system is unable to detect posts from private profiles.

3. Consistently post quality content. There’s no doubt our tools will give your Instagram profile the maximum exposure it deserves. But, this visual-centric social network still requires you to post quality content on a consistent basis.

4. By using Influencer Likes, you automatically agree to these Terms, so you should first read them carefully. If you don’t wish to accept all Terms then please don’t use our service. Influencer Likes is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

5. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Influencer Likes at your own risk.

6. An expected amount of followers is not guaranteed to you in any way.

7. No messages are directly from or with consultation by Instagram or Facebook, and are only observations by our staff.

8. We will always do our best, but we can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of the services. When anything other than normal operation occurs, please contact us so we can fix the issue.

9. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing, and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor used.

10. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

11. Cancellation notice should be completed five days in advance of next bill date to avoid next months charge.

12. You must cancel your order in your customer portal in order to stop all activity on the account and discontinue billing.

13. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences within the Instagram platform.

14. Neither you or Influencer Likes will be held liable for failure to perform under this agreement where the failure is caused by forces beyond the control of the agent. Such forces include without limitation, government actions, illness or disability, and acts by the platforms needed to complete these services. If these failures occur, those affected services of this agreement will be cancelled immediately. If failures occur, the parts of this agreement that are able to stay in effect shall stay in effect without limitation.

15. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
